basic stay near death valley

clean roomsunset viewpoor drainagelimited internet
The room was clean. the sunset views were beautiful from the hotel. the restaurant was close by too. It was convenient. the check-in process was quick and simple.
The shower drained poorly. i saw what looked like dried phlegm on the shower floor. It got loosened in the standing water. there was no internet or phone service. This made communication with the front desk difficult.

The location was very nice! The night sky was amazing, and I could really appreciate it. The on-site restaurant had great food and a decent beer selection. The staff provided local knowledge about sunrise spots, I found it helpful. The tent provided had towels which was a plus after a long day.
The bathroom could have been cleaner. It seemed like regular cleaning was not carried out. I would avoid the showers.
